True Health in Orlando, FL is seeking a Registered Pharmacy Technician to assist the Pharmacist in preparing prescriptions, labeling, billing, and cash handling. This is an on-site, full-time position with a focus on accurate workflow and patient service.

Under supervision, you will verify prescriptions, maintain HIPAA compliance, assist with 340B program requirements, and support front-end operations while delivering exceptional customer care to patients at multiple health center locations.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent and a Pharmacy Technician training program certificate.
• Experience: Minimum of two years in a retail community pharmacy setting.
• Pharmacy software experience and 340B program familiarity preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist Pharmacist in preparing and verifying prescriptions and labeling for patient pickup.
• Enter data for billing, drug costs, insurance, and inventory adjustments with accuracy.
• Provide cashiering support and front counter customer service to patients.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, 340b, SOP, QA, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain inventory, verify current prescriptions, and support 340b eligibility checks.
