Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services seeks a detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team. Under a pharmacist's supervision, you will fill medication orders, pre-pack, compound, and restock supplies, deliver medications, and perform clerical tasks. This role supports patient care in a busy health system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State Pharmacy Technician license NM required.
• PTCB or NHA certification required (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Filling medication orders for inpatient and outpatient areas.
• Perform non-sterile compounding, labeling and repackaging.
• Use of Pyxis, Pharmogistics, and CII safe.
• Non-sterile unit dose packaging and cart/kit prep.
• Maintain records for controlled and non-controlled substances.
• Deliver supplies to patient units and ancillary areas.
• Answer calls and resolve issues.
• Monitor stock and reorder outdated items.
