Baptist Health in Alabama is seeking a Pharmacy Technician I to support the medication-use process under the supervision of a Pharmacist. You will prepare and compound pharmaceutical products, manage inventory, and help resolve insurance claims that arise during dispensing.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be eligible for ALBOP CPhT or PTCB certification within 90 days of hire. Strong MS Office and pharmacy system skills are expected.

The Pharmacy Technician I shall be responsible to perform the technical functions involved in the medication use process. This individual will assist the Pharmacist to prepare and compound pharmaceutical products, assess inventory of Pharmacy products, and resolve problems with insurance claims as they arise during the dispensing function. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Active ALBOP Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required, Pharmacy Technician (PTCB) certification required or obtained within 90 days of hire
