Guardian Pharmacy, LLC in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician I to join Saliba’s Extended Care Pharmacy, part of the Guardian family. Under a pharmacist supervision, you will fill and package prescriptions for delivery, label packaging, and support inventory control.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and meeting daily productivity targets in a fast-paced environment. Requires HS diploma and active pharmacy tech certification per state requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; state requirements for pharmacy technicians.
• Pharmacy technician license/certification/registration as required by state.
• National Certification preferred (PTCB).

Responsibilities

• Prepare prescription orders by verifying information and pulling prescriptions from inventory.
• Apply labels to medication packaging, scan and assemble into bins accurately.
• Alert pharmacist on duty if medications do not scan properly.
• Participate in training to gain proficiency in other fulfillment areas.
• Maintain inventory levels and communicate needs to ensure supply of meds.
• Keep work area neat, replenish stock, and assist with inventory counts.
• Meet established accuracy and productivity standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors to keep workflow smooth.

May assist in physical inventory.Consistently meet pharmacy's established accuracy and productivity levels.Work collaboratively with other supervisors/functional areas to keep work flowing smoothly and efficiently.Maintain clean and orderly workstation.
