Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy, LLC is hiring a Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician I in Phoenix, AZ. Under a pharmacist, you will fill and package prescriptions for delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:30 pm–1:00 am. Pay range: $17.00–$19.00 hourly. Eligible benefits include 401(k), health plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED (per state requirements).
  • Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration; National Certification preferred (PTCB).
  • 1+ years of related experience; technical knowledge may substitute for experience.
  • Basic computer skills required; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare prescription orders by verifying information and pulling prescriptions from inventory.
  • Apply labels to medication packaging and scan into bins accurately.
  • Alert pharmacist on duty of any medication not scanning properly.
  • Maintain inventory, remove expired meds, and ensure neat storage.
  • Meet pharmacy accuracy and productivity standards; work with others to keep workflow smooth.

May assist in physical inventory.Consistently meet pharmacy's established accuracy and productivity levels.Work collaboratively with other supervisors/functional areas to keep work flowing smoothly and efficiently.Maintain clean and orderly workstation.
