Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active State Board of Pharmacy license.
• 1 year of healthcare or specialty pharmacy experience.
• Customer service experience meeting quality standards.
• Basic knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmacist call back and patient QA support.
• Enter patient demographics and prescription into the data system.
• Load insurance plans and coordination of benefits for new patients/referrals.
• Review test claims for new patients/new referrals.
• Process reorders and email distribution as needed.
• Image indexing and AE report filing.
• Support programs such as ETT or Pharma.
• Handle special program responsibilities as required.
• Perform other registered/licensed duties as needed.
