Qualifications

• Must be 16+ or 18+ depending on location requirements.
• Current Board of Pharmacy registration or licensure where applicable
• Ability to operate computers, registers, and pharmacy systems
• Successful completion of required pharmacy training programs and technician development requirements
• Working knowledge of pharmacy procedures, prescription processing, and HIPAA guidelines
• Proficiency in computer systems and basic math calculations
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow written and verbal instructions
• Availability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing prescriptions and entering data
• Prepare medications and support pharmacy workflows under supervision
• Interact with patients, answer questions, and direct clinical questions to the pharmacist
• Maintain records, restock supplies, and keep the workspace clean and compliant with regulations
• Collaborate with team to ensure accuracy and efficiency
