Job summary

Walgreens in New York region is seeking a Customer Experience/Pharmacy Clerk to greet customers, assist with products, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience. Under pharmacist supervision, you will help with prescription processing and store operations.

Responsibilities include cash handling, assisting with inventory, and coordinating with medical providers. Prior retailWalgreens experience and PTCB certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for counting, measuring, and weighing medications.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist in pharmacy operations under pharmacist supervision, including entering patient and drug information and processing prescriptions.
• Handle cash register, transactions, and assist with OTC locations.
• Support inventory management and clerical duties.
• Engage with local medical community and coordinate with Walgreens clinics and external providers.
