Qualifications

• Must be 16+ (or 18+ depending on location) per state law.
• Current Board of Pharmacy registration or licensure required where applicable.
• Ability to operate computers, registers, and pharmacy systems.
• Successful completion of required pharmacy training programs and technician development requirements.
• Working knowledge of pharmacy procedures, prescription processing, and HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions and perform data entry within regulatory limits.
• Prepare medications and assist with order processing under supervision.
