GRX Holdings, LLC is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our Medicap Pharmacy in Waukee, IA. Full-time 30–40 hours/week or part-time up to 29 hours/week, with no nights, Sundays, or holidays and flexible scheduling. You will assist the pharmacist under supervision, handle prescriptions, and provide prompt, friendly customer service.

Pharmacy Technician experience is a plus; training provided. Certification preferred; compensation varies with experience, and benefits include

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be nationally certified and registered with the Iowa Board of Pharmacy.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail are essential.

Responsabilités

• Follow policies and procedures including register performance and confidentiality.
• Greet customers and answer questions.
• Receive prescriptions and check validity.
• Process prescriptions electronically and ensure completeness.
• Resolve issues such as rejected insurance claims.
• Measure dosages and fill prescriptions.
• Stock and label medications and monitor inventory.
• Undertake administrative tasks as assigned.
