Guardian Pharmacy of Wisconsin in Madison, WI is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to enter and process prescriptions with speed and accuracy, and to support a collaborative team focused on quality patient care. You will handle prescription processing, phone communication with customers, and coordination with doctors' offices when needed, while developing proficiency in our pharmacy systems.
Eligible applicants should have a Pharmacy Technician license/certification and a high school diploma, with

- 2+ years of related experience; advanced degree may substitute.
- Pharmacy operations software experience preferred.
- Must work independently and meet deadlines.
- Great attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsabilidades
- Enter and refill prescriptions accurately in the operating system.
- Triage incoming fax prescriptions for timely dispensing.
- Verify dosage and maintain proper notes in the system.
- Respond to customer calls with courtesy and clarity.
- Support filing, packaging, inventory, and cycle medication tasks.
