Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and follow pharmacy procedures.
• Process prescriptions using RxEVO; verify patient information and input data accurately.
• Resolve third party issues and coordinate adjudication.</br>Coordinate immunization and screening events as needed.
• Maintain inventory, process invoices, and manage recalls.
• Ensure PHI privacy and HIPAA compliance; follow SOPs.
