The role emphasizes inventory management, screening events support, and compliance with HIPAA and SOPs. A Texas CPhT and prior pharmacy experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Active Texas CPhT certification and H-E-B Pharmacy Technician certification preferred.
• Progressive experience in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with RxEVO/RxIMS systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service and follow service standards.
• Process prescriptions using RxEVO; verify patient info and manage third-party adjudication.
• Assist with inventory management, recalls, and order processing.
• Support screening events, immunization scheduling, and other professional services.
• Maintain equipment calibration and ensure HIPAA privacy compliance.
