Job summary

During training for approximately 3 months, duties will be split roughly 80% fulfillment and 20% pharmacy tasks, with rotating Saturdays and a 40-hour workweek. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and proactive problem solving to WOW patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient and team experiences with a friendly, proactive attitude (WOW).
• Collaborate with customer service teams across the US to improve prescription delivery and patient satisfaction.
• Work with the pharmacy team to handle packaging and shipping of prescriptions.
• Perform data entry, dispensing, packing, shipping, accuracy assurance, and customer service via phones and texts.
• Maintain a clean, orderly pharmacy by stocking, cleaning workspaces, and general maintenance.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations.
