Job summary

Lemonaid Health in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our fast-paced team. You will support dispensing, packing, and shipping prescriptions while delivering excellent patient service and ensuring accuracy.

Training lasts about 3 months, with workloads split roughly 80% fulfillment and 20% pharmacy duties. Expect 5 8-hour shifts weekly, rotating Saturdays, and on-site work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in pharmacy, fulfillment and customer service.
• Must possess or meet the requirements to attain a Pharmacy Technician license in Missouri; guidance available to obtain licensure.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Live Lemonaid Health guiding principles daily.
• Deliver excellent patient and team experiences with a proactive approach.
• Collaborate with US customer service teams to improve prescription delivery and patient satisfaction.
• Work with the pharmacy team on packaging and shipping of prescriptions.
• Handle data entry, dispensing, packing, shipping, accuracy checks, and patient communication via phone/text.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
