Job summary

Ro is recruiting a Pharmacy Technician for its Torrance, California location on a full-time Tuesday–Friday 9:30am–6pm and Saturday 7am–3:30pm shift. You will ensure accurate orders and timely delivery while collaborating with pharmacists and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless patient experience.

The role requires active CA Pharmacy Technician License (CPhT a plus) and a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on empathy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Active California Pharmacy Technician License; CPhT is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Process prescription and OTC orders, pick, pack, and maintain an organized workflow.
• Operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Troubleshoot order and shipping issues with pharmacist, operations, and care teams.
• Work with a pharmacist to ensure safe, accurate dispensing of medications.
• Collaborate with doctors, engineers, product managers, and more.
• Find creative, professional ways to deliver excellent patient experiences.
