The Cigna Group’s Express Scripts Pharmacy division is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to work onsite at our Florence Fulfillment Center in Florence, NJ.

This role focuses on accurate prescription processing, labeling, and collaboration with pharmacists to ensure timely and precise medication fulfillment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Pharmacy Certification required; training and payment provided onsite.
• 1+ years in high-volume fulfillment, metrics, production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
• PC knowledge including Microsoft Office suite.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct medication amount is selected and labeled.
• Manual prescription processing and labeling.
• Verify and print prescriptions.
• Use a scanner to verify bottles and orders.
• Collaborate with pharmacists to fill and pack medications.
• Handle intake of new prescriptions and refills from customers.
• Consolidate medications into large containers.
• Maintain and clean equipment and work area.

Onsite Work location in Florence, NJ Express Scripts Pharmacy is a division of Evernorth Health Services a part of The Cigna Group is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to work onsite at our Florence Fulfillment Center. Work Schedule:

Sunday – Thursday 3:00pm to 11:30pm Eastern time

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the correct amount of medication is selected and indicated appropriately on labels.
• Manual prescription processing and labeling
• Ability to verify and print prescriptions.
• Use of a scanner to verify Manufacturer bottles and finished orders.
• Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure that medications are adequately filled and packed.
• Responsible for intake of new prescriptions and prescription refills from customers.
• Consolidate manufacturer medications into containers of 5-10 thousand dosage units.
• Clean and help maintain equipment and work area.
• Assigned additional tasks as required.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Pharmacy Certification is required for this position.
• We will train and pay for Certification onsite.
• Continued employment will be contingent upon successfully passing the written test for Certification.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience in a high volume fulfillment, metrics, production or manufacturing environment.
• Self-motivator with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and exceptional time management skills.
• PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office suite.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Sit and/or stand for lengthy periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and 20 lbs. frequently
• Perform repetitive motion with fingers, hands, and arms.
• Work may be in confined areas close to machinery.
• Work may be performed in an environment with varying levels of noise.
