Job summary

CVS Health in Los Angeles is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and compassionate patient service. You will help ensure timely dispensing, follow SOPs, and contribute to a positive patient experience.

This role requires meeting state licensing requirements, completing required training, and flexibility to travel within the market stores as needed.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice.
• If state board has no minimum age, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• If no minimum education requirement, candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent or be actively enrolled in high school or equivalent.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures for safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver empathetic, high-quality patient service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Assist with inventory activities and maintain patient safety and privacy.
