Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have current state board of pharmacy registration or meet licensure/certification requirements.
• Preferred: 1–3 years as Pharmacy Technician or related experience in pharmacy/retail/medical/customer service.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to support pharmacists and ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist with production, pickup, drive-thru, and drop-off workflows.
• Provide empathetic customer service to patients at pick-up and over the phone; assist with immunizations and basic point-of-care services where allowed.
