GRX Holdings, LLC is a fast-growing, family-oriented group of independent pharmacies looking for a full-time, up to 40 hours per week, Pharmacy Technician to work at our Easton Blvd Medicap Pharmacy in Des Moines.

We are seeking a dependable Pharmacy Technician to process and fill prescriptions, assist the pharmacist under supervision, and perform technical functions in accordance with regulations. Responsibilities include measuring, counting, labeling, record keeping, and communicating with patients and healthcare professionals. Customer satisfaction is key, so professionalism and friendliness are essential. We prefer high-energy technicians who can multitask and provide excellent customer service.

We offer a highly competitive pay rate based on experience, with no nights, Sundays, or holidays, and some flexibility in scheduling. Benefits include 401k with company match, employee discounts, and full medical/dental/vision insurance for full-time employees.

Pharmacy Technician experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Although the position is listed as a "Certified Pharmacy Technician," we welcome applications from both certified candidates and those without certification. Responsibilities

• Follow company policies and procedures, including register performance, security, and confidentiality
• Greet customers and answer questions
• Receive and verify prescriptions
• Process prescriptions electronically, ensuring accuracy
• Resolve issues such as rejected insurance claims
• Select medicines and measure dosages
• Sort, stock, label medication, and monitor inventory
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned
• Comply with security and quality standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Sign-on bonuses: $1,000 for Certified Pharmacy Technicians, $500 for non-certified technicians.
