Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician registration or certification as required by applicable state regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or healthcare-related training preferred.
• Previous experience in pharmacy operations, dispensing, production, fulfillment, or other regulated environments preferred.
• Proven ability to follow standardized processes, maintain documentation accuracy, and meet quality and compliance standards.
• Experience using technology and digital tools to improve work quality and efficiency preferred.
• Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and strong performance in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Dispensing Accuracy and Compliance: Review prescriptions, patient information, product details, and labeling elements to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and readiness for pharmacist review.
• Label Precision: Prepare and apply accurate labels with correct dosing, auxiliary warnings, expiration details, and traceability elements.
• Documentation Discipline: Complete dispensing records in real time, ensuring audit readiness, data integrity, and alignment with internal procedures.
