Job summary

Genoa Healthcare, part of UnitedHealth Group, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the mental health pharmacy by dispensing prescriptions and handling clerical tasks under supervision. You will contribute to accurate medication distribution and inventory management in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work within regulatory guidelines. Position offers full-time hours in Covington, KY with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Kentucky Pharmacy Technician license required.
• Access to reliable transportation with a valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to consumers and clinic staff.
• Fill prescription orders and make them available for verification under direct supervision of the Pharmacist.
• Order, receive and store pharmacy supplies.
• Receive and process wholesaler medication orders.
• Verify medication stock and enter data to maintain inventory.
• Assist the Pharmacist and ensure compliance with federal and state requirements.
• Perform clerical duties related to the department.
• Communicate professionally, verbally and in writing.
• Other duties as assigned.
