Vanderbilt Health in Nashville, TN is seeking an OHO Pharm Tech Coord to assist pharmacists with medication preparation, dispensing and distribution. This temporary role provides frontline support in a busy hospital pharmacy, with direct supervision by a pharmacist and service to internal and external customers.

The position offers weekday hours, limited holidays, and a pathway for certification through PTCB or NHA.

Qualificações

• Pharmacy technician certification with Tennessee licensure preferred.
• Certification through PTCB or NHA preferred.
• Graduate of an approved discipline specific program.

Responsabilidades

• Assists the pharmacist in the preparation, dispensing and/or distribution of medications.
• Applies departmental processes regarding inventory control.
• Performs activities directed by Pharmacists/Pharmacy Managers in line with laws and hospital policies.
• Delivers outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.
• Operates computer systems and utilizes technology.
