Ron’s Pharmacy Services in San Diego, CA is hiring a Cycle Pharmacy Technician to ensure medications are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. This on-site role focuses on the cycle process, including flashing, resynchronization, and coordinating with doctors’ offices.
We seek organized, detail-oriented learners who communicate professionally with patients and teammates. Training is provided, and you’ll work a Monday–Friday schedule with 90-day onboarding.

Monday-Friday
First 90 days: 9:30 AM-6:00 PM for training and onboarding.
After 90 days: Greater flexibility with your start time, with the ability to start as early as 8:00 AM (8:00 AM-4:30 PM).
Participation in mandatory inventory is required once per year: January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.
Pharmacy Technician License is REQUIRED by law.
This is 100% on-site in San Diego, CA . This role is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.
This is not a traditional data-entry position . The heart of this role is working in the pharmacy's cycle process - including cycle flashing, resynchronization, refill advance requests, coordinating with doctors' offices, and making sure medications are ready to meet delivery and patient-care deadlines.
This can be a great opportunity for an experienced technician, as well as a newer technician who is motivated, learns quickly, pays close attention to detail, and wants to grow their pharmacy skills .
You don't have to know everything on day one. We're looking for someone who is willing to learn, asks questions, and takes pride in getting the details right.
