COMMUNITY COUNCIL OF IDAHO INC is seeking a Regular Full Time Pharmacy Technician. You will perform data entry for prescriptions, verify demographics, handle billing, and prepare medications for pharmacist review.

The role requires licensing and strong Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Responsibilities include POS processing, inventory management, and daily reporting in a non-profit healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or GED
• Idaho State Pharmacy Licensure
• Current driver's license and proof of auto insurance
• Background check required
• Pharmacy technician knowledge and training
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Data entry of prescriptions from hardcopy, e-scripts, and refills.
• Bill prescriptions and respond to third-party errors.
• Prepare prescriptions for filling and ensure correct NDC.
• Process prescription at POS and manage pick-up.
• Inventory management and stock adjustments.
• Maintain confidential information and HIPAA compliance.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain clean work area.
