Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Idaho State Pharmacy Licensure is required.
• Current driver's license and proof of auto insurance are required.
• Must pass a background check.
• Specific Pharmacy Technician knowledge and training is required.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of prescriptions from hardcopy, e-scripts, and refills.
• Appropriately bill prescriptions and respond to third-party error messages.
• Prepare prescriptions for filling and ensure correct NDC usage.
• Process prescriptions at the POS and manage customer pickup.
• Manage inventory, adjust counts, receive and organize stock medications.
• Maintain confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and regulations.
