Consonus Pharmacy is a closed-door long-term care pharmacy specializing in the needs of Nursing Home patients and their caregivers. This unique and challenging sub-set of the Pharmacy practice requires a goal-oriented, productive, and hard-working technician that can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As the Data Entry Technician, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Accurately and efficiently enter new or refill orders
2. Handle incoming fax and telephone communication
3. Deliver outstanding customer service and patient care
4. Properly handle order exceptions such as refill too soon, invalid orders, etc.
5. Resolve common pharmacy problems quickly and efficiently
6. Communicate effectively to leadership and to peers
