Job summary

Consonus Pharmacy Services, LLC in Portland, OR is hiring a Pharmacy Technician - Customer Support Representative to answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues by phone, and maintain confidentiality while delivering excellent service.

Requires active Pharmacy Technician license and at least one year of customer service experience; pharmacy experience preferred. Ability to multitask across multiple systems and stay calm under pressure.
