Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service and assistance.
• Assist pharmacists with prescriptions: counting, pouring, labeling, pricing.
• Ensure customers receive all prescriptions and file forms after dispensing.
• Prepare and complete manual insurance claim forms.
• Maintain organized filing for invoices, reports, and claims.
• Maintain inventory and assist in data entry of MPP information.
• Assist customers in locating over-the-counter items and general help.
• Adhere to Pharmacy Standard Practice Manual and store policies.
• Maintain department appearance and cleanliness; stock supplies.
• Support safety standards and alert for equipment repairs or maintenance.
