Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant/Support role in a retail setting in California. You will assist the pharmacist under direct supervision, use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and coach staff as needed. A focus on delivering a distinctive customer experience is essential.

The role requires a flexible schedule, strong English communication, and basic math skills, with preference for PTCB certification and prior retail or Walgreens experience.

Formación

• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of experience in retail.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• PTCB certification preferred or obtained.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy and perform pharmacy department duties.
• Process prescriptions using pharmacy systems and assist during pharmacist and cashier operations.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and inventory for the Pharmacy Department.
• Provide a distinctive and delightful customer experience and greet customers proactively.
