A positive, patient-centered, team-oriented attitude and will develop and implement ideas to maintain a high level of teamwork and morale. Collaborate with Pharmacy Manager and Shift Coordinators to continually revise, and implement improvements to Pharmacy Technician training program; evaluate Pharmacy Technician performance to identify areas of improvement, intervene, and educate to eliminate deficiencies; review pharmacy workflow and suggest potential changes; prepare Pharmacy Technician schedule; effectively and efficiently manage Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacy Technician Specialists; ensure pharmacy has the tools and resources necessary to be successful.
