Job summary
Sovah Martinsville, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Pharmacy Technician to support daily dispensing, inventory, and order preparation. You will refill automated systems, fill carts, and ensure accuracy in a busy hospital pharmacy setting.

Qualifications
- Applicants should be registered with the state Board of Pharmacy; PTCB Certified Pharmacy Technician.
- High School diploma preferred; critical thinking and decisive judgment; ability to work with minimal supervision in stressful environments.
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple clinical software systems.
- Effective English communication (read, write, speak, and understand).
- Ability to successfully complete the Skills Competency Checklist within 90 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Refills and maintains automated dispensing systems.
- Fills medication carts daily.
- Prepares orders and maintains pharmacy inventory.
- Repackages bulk medications as needed.
- Compounds sterile and hazardous products per established procedures.
