This part-time role requires compliance with state boards, successful completion of required training, and willingness to travel within the market. Immunizations, basic immunization training, and additional patient services may be offered where allowed by law.

Qualificações

• Pharmacy Technician licensure/certification requirements per state.
• State board licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to follow SOPs and operate in a fast-paced retail pharmacy.

Responsabilidades

• Assist pharmacists by following SOPs to ensure patient safety.
• Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently at various workstations.
• Deliver empathetic customer service at pickup, drive-thru, and by phone.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and support regulatory compliance.
• Volunteer to travel to other stores to cover scheduling needs.
• Assist with immunizations and point-of-care services where permitted.
