CVS Health Corporation in Springfield, MO is hiring a Part-time Pharmacy Technician to support daily pharmacy operations. You will assist the pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and deliver excellent patient service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.

The role requires adherence to state board requirements and company SOPs, with opportunities to participate in immunizations and point-of-care services where permitted by law.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements, including licensure/certification where applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; active enrollment in some states may be acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide patient-facing service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone with empathy.
• Complete basic inventory duties and assist with returns-to-stocks and cycle counts.
• Follow SOPs and SOP-driven workflow to support pharmacists.
• Participate in immunizations or testing where allowed by law and training.
• Maintain patient privacy and comply with applicable regulations.
