Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is hiring a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and excellent patient service in a store environment.

The role includes completing required training, complying with state board requirements, assisting with immunizations where allowed, and traveling to stores in the market as needed to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• If the state board does not address minimum age, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety.
• Assist pharmacy team in safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Support immunizations and other services as allowed by law and training.
