Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to join our pharmacy team. The role supports pharmacists in dispensing prescriptions, delivering patient-centered service, and maintaining accurate inventory in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, assisting with immunizations where allowed, and ensuring safety and privacy of patient information. Training and certification requirements must be completed per State Board guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 16 if not specified by state board
• State and national certification requirements vary by state

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with safe prescription fulfillment and customer service
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow to ensure accurate dispensing
• Provide immunization support and patient care within regulatory limits
• Assist with inventory tasks and returns-to-stocks as directed by leadership
• Maintain patient privacy and safety in all interactions
• Travel to stores in the market as needed for staffing
• Adhere to federal, state, local laws and CVS policies
