As a Pharmacy Technician Apprentice, a caregiver in this role will participate in Cleveland Clinic's School of Pharmacy Technology, one of the few accredited hospital-based pharmacy technician programs in the United States. Through a 16-week accelerated apprenticeship, the caregiver will receive hands‑on training in both inpatient and outpatient pharmacy settings while developing skills in medication preparation, distribution, inventory management, customer service and recordkeeping. Upon completion, graduates will earn a diploma in Pharmacy Technology and be prepared to pursue the national pharmacy technician certification exam.
A caregiver in this position will work 16 weeks, Monday through Friday from 6:45am to 3:15pm. This role pays a flat rate of $17/hour.
