Job summary

Walgreens is redesigning its pharmacy technician roles to be more patient-centric. As a Walgreens Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Apprentice, you will interact with customers, build relationships, and support pharmacists in daily operations.

We provide training through an ASHP-recognized apprentice program to help you become a certified technician. You’ll gain hands-on experience with pharmacy systems, inventory, and customer care while pursuing certification and career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under supervision and support pharmacy operations.
• Engage customers, answer questions, and promote service.
• Handle prescriptions, cash register, and inventory tasks.
• Maintain compliance with store policies and Code of Conduct.
