Job summary

Participants will learn to assist pharmacists under supervision, process prescriptions, and provide excellent customer service while pursuing PTCB certification and a portable credential to advance their careers in pharmacy care.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy and related duties.
• Process prescriptions using pharmacy systems and assist cashiers as needed.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience and build relationships with patients.
• Enter patient and drug information accurately and verify interactions and dosages.
• Assist with inventory management, stocking, and handling of pharmaceuticals.
• Support clinical services and coordination with healthcare providers as required.
