Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills for filling prescriptions.
• Prefer good computer skills.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• Prefer PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in entering patient and drug information and processing prescriptions.
• Assist pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining workflow.
• Handle cash registers and process transactions.
• Maintain inventory and assist with receiving and stocking pharmaceutical supplies.
• Support clinical services and coordinate with local medical providers as needed.
