Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior Walgreens experience.
• Strong math skills for counting, measuring and weighing medications.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients, assist with products and services, and resolve questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist pharmacists in entering patient and drug information, filling prescriptions, and verifying medications.
• Support inventory management, stock shelves, and handle pharmacy-related clerical tasks.
• Help maintain compliance with pharmacy policies and Code of Conduct.
• Process third-party claims, cash handling, and point-of-sale duties.
• Assist with clinical services and coordination with providers as needed.
• Foster relationships with local medical communities and customers.
