Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills to accurately count and dispense medications.
• Solid computer skills for pharmacy systems and records.
• Knowledge of store inventory control is a plus.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in dispensing and related pharmacy duties.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and to process prescriptions.
• Enter patient data and ensure accuracy of prescription records and interactions checks.
• Provide a distinctive, helpful customer experience and build patient relationships.
• Support inventory management, ordering, receiving, and storing pharmaceutical supplies.
• Assist with cash handling and guiding customers to OTC products when appropriate.
• Support clinical services coordination and collaboration with healthcare providers as needed.
