Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Earns and maintains PTCB certification through the designated training program; certification may be required for promotion.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in dispensing and related pharmacy duties.
• Process prescriptions and enter patient and drug information in pharmacy systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with patients.
• Handle cash and assist with cash registers and OTC guidance.
• Support inventory management and supplier relations.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized pharmacy environment.
