• Resolves customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision and use pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information.
• Fill prescriptions by retrieving, counting and pouring medications and verify accuracy.
• Support inventory management and clerical duties in the Pharmacy Department.
• Participate in training to earn PTCB certification and pursue continuing education.
