Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior work experience with Walgreens.
• Good math skills so they can fill prescriptions accurately.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy.
• Enter patient and drug information in pharmacy systems, process prescriptions.
• Assist with scheduling and maintaining workflow.
• Handle cash registers and customer transactions.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with pharmacy team to ensure accuracy.
