The program leads to PTCB certification and builds knowledge in pharmacy systems, patient safety, and clinical services. Flexible scheduling, on-the-job training, and opportunity to grow into a certified technician.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends.
• Experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists under supervision in pharmaceutical operations.
• Enter patient and drug information into pharmacy systems and process prescriptions.
• Deliver a positive and delightful customer experience to patients and customers.
