Qualifications

Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.
Prefer good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
Prefer good computer skills.
Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
Prefer PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy and related duties.
Use pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with patients.
Help with inventory management: ordering, unpacking, checking, storing pharmaceuticals.
Support with clerical duties and cash handling as assigned by Pharmacy Manager.
