Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule (including evenings/weekends).
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Strong math skills for counting and measuring prescriptions.
• Good computer skills for pharmacy systems and transactions.
• Knowledge of store inventory control is preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in processing prescriptions and entering patient/drug information.
• Fill prescriptions by counting, measuring, and pouring drugs; check for possible interactions.
• Register sales at the cash register and handle cash as required.
• Handle calls to physicians and support inventory management activities.
• Assist in clinical services coordination and participate in ongoing training to maintain PTCB certification.
• Contribute to a standout customer experience and build relationships with patients.
