Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior experience with Walgreens preferred.
• Strong math skills for accurate prescription filling.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy and related duties.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Provide a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet and assist customers, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, receiving and storing pharmacy supplies.
• Enter patient and drug information, ensure accuracy and check for interactions.
• Maintain compliance with policy and participate in quality improvement programs.
