Qualifications

Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
Six months of retail experience preferred.
Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
Strong math skills for accurate prescription filling.
Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control.
PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in dispensing and other duties.
Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
Fill prescriptions by retrieving, counting and pouring medications; check for interactions.
Provide a courteous, helpful customer experience and build patient relationships.
Maintain inventory; assist with stock, ordering, and shelf accuracy.
Handle cash transactions and guide customers to OTC products as appropriate.
